Friends of the Children (FOC) started 10 years ago because mothers in Hilton Head wanted the best possible care for their children. They knew that by forming an informative and compassionate network, moms in the Lowcountry could get the support and camaraderie they needed.

From helping kids in need of proper medical care to hosting educational special events for children and parents, Friends of the Children is pleased to be achieving its mission statement and hopes you enjoy the launch of our new website.
